Group Class Packages (Term-Time Only)

Group classes always run in term-time blocks.

Your booking includes all class dates in the current term.

Drop-In Classes

Your booking is valid for the specific date and time booked.

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start promptly.

Private One-to-One Sessions

Your individual session has been reserved for you at the booked time.

These sessions allow for focused, personalised training.

Private Training Packages (Credits Valid for 3 Months)

This package provides multiple private sessions.

The location for your session(s) is shown in your booking confirmation and calendar entry.
